Oblates
Oblates follow the rule of the AMO to the best of their ability given their particular life situation. Oblates receive the benefits of guided retreat, pilgrimage, spiritual direction and friendship, and Soul-care.

Oblates are expected to observe the following:

• agree with the oversight of the Associated Ministerial Order, particularly the spiritual direction of the AMO
• participate in the monthly local Soul-care gatherings
• participate in the two annual contemplative retreats
• follow a Rule of Life
• pay the annual subscription of $500 (paid by the individual or the Fellow’s church or ministry)

Fellows
Fellows are expected to observe the following:

• agree with the Constitution of the Associated Ministerial Order
• participate in the monthly local Soulcare gatherings
• participate in the three-per-year Colleges, organizational and administrative meetings, which include the examination of candidates for ordination participate in the two annual contemplative retreats organize and administrate all activities for Oblates, namely retreats and pilgrimages
• follow a Rule of Life
• pay the annual subscription of $1,000 (paid by the Fellow’s church)
